  • Internet orders are taken 24hours a day, seven days a week.
  • Our office is open Monday to Friday and closed Public Holidays and weekends.
  • If we are unavailable your call will be diverted to voicemail.
  • All calls and enquiries are answered the same business day where possible.

PAYMENT

Our website is hosted in a PCIDSS compliant data centre in Australia. Your details are safe and protected throughout the entire transaction. Your credit card details are not kept on our system and are safely transacted using the PayPal payment gateway.

Please note you do not require Paypal account as the facility installed allows for payment via your Mastercard or Visa credit card. Your details are safe and protected throughout the entire transaction.

DELIVERY

Best Brakes using Australia Post (where possible) to fulfil your online order. All products are packed neatly and in good order. We offer flat rate delivery to anywhere in Australia via Regular post ($8.00) and Express post ($11.00).

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If your product arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately. All requests for a returns and refunds are at the discretion of our management team.
